LED Driver

LED lighting solutions require high efficiency LED drivers for wide operating input voltages. Sagar Semi MOSFETs offer higher breakdown voltages up to 900V with low RDS(on) and lower switching losses. Our MOSFETs are perfectly suited for isolated and non-isolated topologies and available in a variety of package options.

Driver on Board

A new trend in the LED industry is the Driver on Board (DoB). Here the LED driver is combined with the light into one seamless and compact solution.
